Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new website we are launching: WaterlooCedarFalls.com. This will strictly be a real estate search website for consumers to search for homes that are for sale. The cities of Waterloo and Cedar Falls are the two largest cities in our metro area which explains the name of the site. We would like to see attractive, modern color(s) which will encourage the consumer to stay on the site for a longer duration of time. The color(s) of the logo will be the theme throughout the website.
