Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for established, boutique Real Estate Company based in Sarasota Florida. The company is a full service residential, commercial and property management company with a heavier emphasis on the commercial division. I typically advertise the divisions together so need a logo that is versatile. Our company is innovative and vibrant. Have previously used a blue color similar to corn flower blue so would like that to be a color that is the most predominant.

The logo should be Modern but Classy and artistic but not cartoonish. Do not want cartoon looking homes, buildings or keys and do not need to have a graphic related to homes or commercial buildings.

You will need to add the following name at the bottom of the logo in a smaller font. Broker: Angelia D. Young, GRI CPMS
It is not necessary for the font of the company name to match the broker name beneath it but if separate fonts are used they should compliment each other.
