Brief de Web Design

We need a web design for a wellness initiative for our soccer club. "Healthy Play" is the program title. The website will have health and wellness content related to our initiative. It should have interactive features for our users. Videos, survey/data submission capabilities, etc. Colors themed to align with logo. see my start of a website at www.healthyplaywithcity.com. I like the homepage design, the rest is unprofessional looking. Design should provide education, tips, advice, resources, for health & wellness; wellness related to our pillars. 6 tabs in addition to home page: Drink more water, fuel your performance, stretch more, protect your skin more, move more, and sports mindset. (year 2 diagram wheel). Sports counseling will be next big focus. Wordpress based website. Easy for me to update in the future.
