Brief de Design de Logo

Hi there guys and gals. I need a logo design for a new company currently being set up on the Gold Coast. We will be printing photographers images onto canvas, as well as fine art photographic papers.
We will also be offering our services to the general public.

We would like to have the Southern Cross featured in the logo ( perhaps it could be placed in a box to the left of the business name ), and would love the font to be professional and clean. Colour wise ............ Blues, Black and white and greys are all acceptable.

Maybe keep in mind that it will be placed on a website that has these colours as a gradient background. The business card will be our next project launched here on Design Crowd once we have decided on the Logo.
