Brief de Web Design

Need to develop a website for an Emergency Management Consulting business. This website needs to be user friendly and resemble disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. It must allow for me to make changes to it myself by adding pages, content and pictures. Looking for an advanced page to the website that allows monitoring of social media sites, hashtags, and keywords. Must have pictures of disasters on the site. Must try to integrate the logo colors, not excessive.

• Logo, advanced social media monitoring page, allow for edits myself (content, pages, graphics) this must be a CMS of some sort, use logo color scheme (not excessively), must be professional looking, connect with Google Domain, find a hosting site, SEO, no "long" designs, minimize "dead" space, no social media feeds, no newsletter stuff.
• Menu items: Home, About Us, Services, Situation Monitor, Work With Us, Contact Us (hopefully these could be editable if I need to later)
