Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to have a general idea we have designed into logo form to help with an update to our image. We run a company that helps children of all disabilities (autism, down syndrome, etc) learn to swim and provide aquatic therapy through swim camps and stand up paddleboard camps. We are KELSKIDS. We are a non profit organization and are working hard to improve the safety and lives of these truly special kids.

Since I am getting SIGNIFICANT numbers of logo designs that are no where close to what I am looking for, I have added a sketch. Obviously I have ZERO drawing skills which is why I'm here, so no judgement, but itll give you more of an idea of what I am looking for. Please take a look.

The logo should be of a dog (preferably a golden retriever) on a stand up paddleboard with a SUP paddle in his mouth wearing a therapoy dog vest with disability labels (ill attach some pics of this). Then a bunch of puppeies swimming behind the board with life rings and some without. The company name "KELSKIDS" should be somewhere, perhaps on the paddel or the board.
