Brief de Design de Logo

I am a real estate agent in Arizona. I help buyers find the perfect home, sellers to get top dollar when selling and also do flips and help people with remodels. I am starting a video blog of 'home tips with Andrea' that will include general items that will help clients maintain the home they have. My website name is HomeswithAndrea.com and am wanting a logo to put on all my marketing. I will also have to include my brokerage logo on each piece but can put that on separately. I want the Homes with Andrea logo to be just about the way I can help clients in the Real Estate purchases, sales and remodels

• I am really not sure what would look catching in an already saturated market of realtors. A lot of realtors do not provide the customer service I can with helping with remodel tips and contacts so that does make me stand out but i am not in the remodel business so i need to focus more on the customer service side of home sales. I like the colors of blues and teals and will often have my photo and logo on advertising.
