Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my real estate company called "Sadberry Team". I serve mostly middle to upper-middle class clients. The final design should communicate professionalism but not opulance. Any text should be easy to read from a distance.

*After seeing several designs I have modified this**
Since my name is "Sadberry", and its an unusual name, I would like to use it to my advantage. So the logo could be a play on a blueberry, strawberry etc. However, I DO NOT want a goofy cartoon face on a berry. Nothing cartooney! It must look professional. Also, Since I belong to Keller Williams I want to make sure that any colors do not clash with "Keller Williams Red"

I have attached required logs, verbiage, etc, as well as required guidlines. I tend to like a two sided card where the back is white with only the required "Equal Housing" and "Realtor" logos in small gray print. I like this so that people can use the card to take notes, thereby keeping the card in their wallet longer :)

Doit avoir

• Clear, clean logo and text
• Must "play" on a "berry" theme (Strawberry, Blueberry, etc)
• Must be easily read from a distance.
• Must be approachable yet professional (My target audience is middle class to upper-middle claee families).
• Whatever color choice must compliment, or not clash with the "Keller Williams Red" color (see attachment)

• **Since seeign several designs, I now want to eliminate initials as the logo. So no "SR" designs. I want the logo to imply a berry in some way
• Must not be comical or Cartooney. Can have a touch of whimsey.
• Must not be opulent, or appealing to the wealthy.
• Must not contain Urban, or cityscapes.
• Must not have ornate fonts that are hard to read from a distance
• Must not have anything that clashes with the Keller Williams logs (see attached)
