Here is some general guidance for all regarding fonts and colors:
"3v3 PREP" - Eras Bold ITC
"Training & Prep" - Arial Rounded MT Bold
These are standard Microsoft fonts so if you have any issues finding them please let me know.

I would like the "3", to be in red (RGB-255,0,0), all other text should be in black. Any secondary colors should be yellow (RGB-255,255,0).
