Brief de Design de Logo

I already have a logo for my company name Clariti Consulting. My company offers HR Consulting, coaching, mentoring and training. I would also like to have a logo for my name "Caroline McGuire". I'd like the colours and style to align with my current logo (attached). I want something similar to, but different from, the examples I have uploaded on the Word document. Ideally both a script and sans serif font combined but I'm happy to look at other options. It needs to be professional yet approachable. I need a high and low res images, as well as transparent and greyscale images. I'll also need the name of the fonts used.
