Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our company that specializes in Document Management Services and Solutions. Specifically we take paper files and convert them to digital format (typically PDF) for faster and easier retrieval of files. We provide efficiency, organization and more space for companies to use for profit generating activities vs. storing paper. Important that our logo also represents the safety and security of the paper files while in our possession - not necessarily graphically but generally speaking it needs to have a strong, professional, secure feel to it.

We typically work in many industries essentially with anyone that is storing large amounts of paper backlogs. Doctor's offices, auto dealerships, colleges and universities, social services, financial institutions and so on. Will note that most of our best clients aren't brand new starts ups .... typically it's companies that have been in business for a long time - otherwise they don't typically have larger backlogs of paper. Challenge is presenting our tech company to an audience that is typically less tech.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• As many options as possible, happy to dial down details once we find correct designer / vision. Something that represents more organization, more efficiency, more security. Paper files turning into digital format / cloud storage / etc.

Bien d'avoir

• Again, paper turning to digital or cloud. Or file cabinets turning to digital or cloud - open to all sorts of ideas though.
• I like the use of bar codes for imagery as we use those throughout our production processing but I do not want to drive the creative or bottleneck with my ideas.

Ne doit pas comporter

• Needs to be a clean logo that can be used for digital, on print, and will look good both in small format, as well as large for when used on larger applications ... i.e. printed on the sides of paper storage cardboard boxes .... larger pallets in some cases.
• I'm including pictures of our current logo - this is the one we are looking to update but having problems finding anything I like better ..... help me out!
