Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new research and communications company based in Melbourne Australia called 'Ipso Facto Communications'. We take complicated data sets and turn them into easily understandable communications and graphics. Instead of 'death by powerpoint' full of graphs and figures; we distill insights and present them in a highly digestible form; designed specifically for an audience that does not have a statistical background; using engaging graphics and moving imagery. We would like to see a focus on the term Ipso Facto, with Communications being secondary. The final design should communicate clarity of thought; be modern; bold, simple and sophisticated.
