I appreciate your reply. You are on the right place, just lacking a little information. You have to choose the coded project instead of uncoded so that you can get a functioning site. Also since you require payment module and videos integration on your website. The cost for this project complete design and development(a fully functioning site) would be C$1000.

We would provide you multiple design options to choose from wit unlimited revisions. once you approve it, we will show you live demo of your site on our staging server. You have unlimited revisions in development as well. When you will finalize it, we will move your site live and provide you logins to it.

Let me know if you have any questions. One you change your project to a coded one and increase the budget, we would start working.

Uncoded designs are still your cheapest option. Then you can hire a professional developer to do the coding in your chosen design. Thousand good developers/companies are around your place, and it's much better to consult to them face to face than to exchange words here online.

You want only Design .psd ?
or The whole website functions html/css/php ..etc ?
If yes change it to Coded before Deadline otherwise you'll get only .psd so you'll have to hire someone to do coding for you
