Brief de Design de Logo

To create a logo for a Real Estate using a web site address. The logo is to be rectangular using a solid bright red or white as background color. All fonts and graphics should be either red or white.
Key Points: The website address Living in Burnaby.com should be most prominent feature of the design. The tag line Find Your Dream Home and should be incorporated into the design as should both a computer mouse and a house. The brand/message should be visible/readable/recognizable at a glance. The logo design created must be capable of being scaled to the size of a standard bus bench (2 ft. H x 8 ft. W) In addition the logo will also be used as a web banner (1000 x 185 - 300 dpi)
A small portion of the bottom left of the design should be free of graphics or fonts as this will be used in future to display a Real Estate Brokerage name/logo and Realtor Name(s)
The winning design should include the following file formats: a PMT, an EPS, a Tiff, a Jpeg, and a transparent Gif (no red background). The CYMK and/or RGB colours used are to be supplied as well as name(s) of any font in the design (please no custom fonts).
