Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my masterbrand, SMARTSTART. I've been providing digital entrepreneurs and small business owners with online education, strategic business development advice and coaching for 15 years. SMARTSTART's programs have often been copied but never duplicated. You can learn more about our next adventures here: https://smartstartcoach.com. Designs should incorporate black (or charcoal grey) and one of the following reds: #CC0000 (our original), #fc3d51 (on current website) or #C1003a (we're using this on a different site now too). We're also using turquoise as an accent colour on some stuff (#29c4ea or #78ccda). The final design should communicate: high energy, bold pursuits, and growth.
Our current taglines are: SMARTSTART | Discover Your Genius and SMARTSTART | Unleash the small business hero in you. But what I'm asking for right now is the masterbrand logo for SMARTSTART. Please and thank you!
