501c NonProfit offers job training, basic living assistance and other support services to established NonProfits in support of their programs. Nonprofit has "2 parts" or 2 major categories of services. Part A is the services offered such as shown here at "City of Refuge" in Atlanta http://www.cityofrefugeatl.org/ and also here located in High Point NC http://www.odm-hp.org/ These services are the face or "part a" of the NonProfit in good times. In times of a community emergency crisis or disaster, it is a "City of Refuge" with networked faith based organizations and other local nonprofits that have agreed to work together beforehand and share resources. It has the ability to shelter and feed masses in times of crisis, coordinating with local emergency relief organizations such as the Red Cross, United Way,Salvation Army, etc. This is "Part B" or "Part 2" and the alternate face of the NonProfit. Emergency and Disaster Preparedness with the ability to respond to the local community in times of crisis.The colors for the logo should reflect safety, tranquility, well being.

  Logo which shows some type of small city at the base of a LightHouse. The LightHouse should look like a traditional maritime lighthouse in many respects, be taller and much more dominant and well defined than the smaller City of Refuge that surrounds it OR is in front of it OR behind it. The LightHouse at the top should have an "illuminated" effect or that of the light being on, and/or short "beams of light" coming from the light, or a "dual beam of light" shining forth bring hope to the City of Refuge below.(Prefer light NOT to be shining down directly on city) Logo should be somewhat "round" in shape and design OR round in shape. Must have dominant "blue" color scheme. Especially alot of softer "safe trusting" blue included. Must have City Skyline or Cityscape VERSUS houses, villages, etc.
  
  DESIGN SHOULD ALWAYS BE 100% MORE REALISTIC, VERSUS ANIMATED OR CARTOONISH
