Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting an online fitness and wellness brand with the target market for police and fire personnel. The goal of the brand is to give police and fire personnel a community to get fitness and wellness information, exercise programs, nutrition plans and camaraderie.
I would like to incorporate blue for police and red for fire. Incorporating the American Flag as a background or part of the design would be desirable, but not required. The theme of the "thin blue line" and "thin red line" would be desirable as well.
The final product should proudly communicate police and fire fitness.
