Brief de Design de Logo

SubMar Group is a Norwegian joint venture between 3 marine based companies. The new company will combine all the skills, expertise and equipment of the 3 companies into one company.
We are a Norwegian company providing marine construction and engineering services for emerging marine industries such as aquaculture, renewables, subsea mining and coastal engineering.
We target government agencies and private companies to help with their marine construction needs.

This company is a joint venture between 3 companies:
CoreMarine, Farsund Fortøyningsselskap and Einar Ogrey. We are all marine based companies with complementary skills.
The new logo does not have to include in any way the logos of any of the joining companies. See attached the existing logos of the 3 companies for inspiration...or non-inspiration.
I've also attached some logos that we like that should help you to see what type of logo we would like for Submar.
While we are marine based, the logo doesn't have to scream 'Marine' or 'Ocean' (like an anchor surrounded by mermaids....)
A subtle call to the ocean industry in which we work would be preferable. The colors can reflect this.
Colors can include, blue, aquas and yellows could work well. Although I would also be open to considering a logo with a grey or grey/blue make-up. Surprise me...
The acronym for the company is SMG. Potentially this could be used in the logo somehow, or in the short-form logo.

• Would be great to see a 'long form' logo. Like a formal logo larger in size.
• and a 'short-form' logo like something you would put as a header or footer.
• .svg and .ai files would be great!

• Should not 'scream' marine industry. Can come across in the colours, or a subtle shape (see CoreMarine logo).
