Brief de Design de Flyer

I am wanting to create a double sided A4 colour flyer (Finished size: 297 x 210mm) for a Fly/Cruise package from Australia to the Arctic.
The idea is that I would like the art work or design work done for the flyer that I can then send to a printer to do the printing of these flyers.

My business is a retail cruise travel agent that specializes in selling all-inclusive packages on luxury expedition ships and in this case I intend to promote this cruise to people that are interested in wildlife and also bird watching.

I will attach a copy of the full brochure from the cruise line Poseidon Expeditions that we will be using to give you more information on them and the cruise we are travelling on will be on page 38 and 39 of the brochure and I show you this because it gives you a map of the cruise.

I will also attach my logo so this can be included and a copy of the draft itinerary that I see as being the highlights however I am aware that we are limited on space and we need to get the key issues across and also as the trip is being marketed to bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts then some good pictures of both a polar bear and let’s say a bird called a puffin and maybe a Reindeer.

We also need to show the costing's and what's included in the package.
