Brief de Design de Logo

My clinic is a small private practise, very professional medical clinic, but specialising in cosmetic injections and rejuvenating medical treatments. It is elegant and warm and fairly unisex. I'd love the base of the logo to be round (like the black circular sign in the uploaded image!), because then it could fill up my entire shopfront window, and also look great on stationary. Potentially incorporating a symbol of a needle or syringe (but not scary looking), but that's not necessarily essential. Colours need to be quite neutral if possible but will consider all!
