Brief de Design de Brochure

Hi there! I'm creating a short white paper for my business that people will download from my website (not yet launched) in PDF format. I want to create this document in Word and manage/finalize the text myself. I have created a primitive Word document (using mostly filler text) that shows the elements of this White Paper, and the design elements that need to be done, including: 1) making the cover look good; 2) choosing fonts; 3) creating several design elements such as a pull quotes and a bullet "how to tell" box; 4) creating a table of contents page; 5) making the photos (included) look good - you may process and size them anyway you like, but please include these photos in the sections they are already in (and know these photos are free to use); 6) designing section headers; and a few other misc. tasks.

The deliverable back from you is a word file (can be a straight doc or a template, whichever you think best) that I will be able to modify and use myself. Of course, until I buy your design, you can post it in a form that I can see but not manipulate. But know that when I buy it, I want a Word document.
