Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my medical center based in Rome. I am a Plastic Surgeon and in my practice I mostly work with women (90% of my patients). In my center I do ambulatory surgery and I examine the patients that I will operate in the private clinic (breast augmentaton, liposuction, tummy tuck..).
The center's name is "Studio Medico Pisapia, Chirurgia Plastica e Ricostruttiva", since my surname is Pisapia I'd like my logo to be a "P".
I would like something minimal that suggests the idea of beauty but I wish it was not only directed to women. I would like to see designs with a little touch of pale pink and the colours normally used in medical field. The final design should communicate care, experience, safeness and beauty.
I found these two "P" on Pinterest and I would like something circular in order to indicate armony and equilibrium but also authority.
For the colors I like something similar to Pantone 367c, 298c and a pale pink.
I am not a designer so if you have colours or ideas better than mine I'll obviously appreciate that!
