Looking for a logo for my new business, Puntos Academy. This will be a travel points website for the Latino community. I'll be providing articles, tools, resources, and videos to educate about how to acquire points to travel cheaply.
This market is older and more design savvy, so I'd like to steer away from anything that is too obvious or too trite.
I'm interested in logos that include the business name, but also open to ideas where the name is below the lock up and separate from an icon logo.

- Should have transparencies and be able to work on top of photographs. If you look at the image I uploaded with some inspiration logos, the one for "Seattle Cider" I particularly like as it has transparency throughout.
- I have made some additions to the inspiration images please take a look. Also, here are four components I am looking for:
- 1) Pictorial/Combination - I am looking for a design that can work as a pictorial/word combination as well just a simple pictorial. Therefore, the pictorial should work together cohesively with the words. For a good reference to what I'm referring to, check out the below website and play around with your screen size to see the logos change depending on screen size:
- responsivelogos.co.uk/
- 2) Enclosed Design - This is related to the above note. I'd like for the pictorial and the words to work together, so you can explore using an enclosed design. Below are some links for inspiration:

- 3) Font - I'm looking for a modern/upscale font. I'm attaching an example of something I like, but please just use as inspiration:

- Also check out the fonts here (which were already shared in the enclosed design point):

- 4) Pictorial Suggestions - The Map Pin has proven to work in a couple of designs and I think it could be a good direction to go. But please use the pin in a unique way. One thought is to make the map pin look like it's close to a shape of a "P" - - although there are certainly other unique ways of using the map pin that doesn't have to be that way.

Bien d'avoir
- I'm considering the use of a plane, but if there's a better way to evoke travel that isn't as obvious, I'm all for it! In the sample image I uploaded, there's a bunch of different plane examples - - I can't say I'm particularly sold on any of them. Perhaps an abstraction of a plane or a plane shape in negative space may be better
