Brief de Design de Logo

Our property Services company needs a new logo. One that gives a professional image. We would like a logo that somehow incorporates the "A" in Atlantic into a recognizable symbol that can stand alone on hats, tee-shirts, etc.
We would like to incorporate a nautical theme to the logo as well. Ideally, the "A" in Atlantic could use the natural frame of a lighthouse into the word "Atlantic", so that the image could be then used in a stand alone brand on hats, etc.
We are looking for a simple design. We have attached images for assistance in direction. Logo idea #5 is the closest we see to our vision.
