Brief de Design de Brochure

I need a logo for the business, and a brochure. Text is attached.
The target market is busy professionals responsible for large groups of staff living in remote areas (e.g. mining companies with staff living in mining camps in remote parts of Australia and the world.
I would the brochure to link to business and HR leaders concern at the level of mental health problems in the workplace at the moment, The level of expense this has to the business, and how these can be easily resolved with targeted staff training.
Preferred colours are blue (sky blue - verging on aquamarine), with black and white.
