Brief de Design de Flyer

Hi, I was looking to have a brochure made for my business. A brochure I can pass around town. My company offers painting and landscaping services for domestic and commercial properties. some of the service we offer for painting are Drywall Repair, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Power Washing, Wallpapering, texture coating, stucco repair, texture removal. For landscape, we offer Lawn Maintenance Garden Care, Trimming, Leaf Removal, Mulching, Pressure Washing, and General Clean-Up. I attached a picture of the business logo but not sure if I need to supply the context that will be in the brochure.

• Logo on the front and mention that we offer panting and landscaping services. I would like for the brochure to follow the same colors as the logo. It is very important that the brochure highlights that we offer painting and landscaping services.

Bien d'avoir

• To be honest, I don't have an idea on how it should look so I'm open to see what kind of creative ideas there are. I do need it to look professional tho. It would be nice if the brochure can include the lead certified icon attached and the cslb logo. also an area for an introduction to our company and a section for how to contact us. I uploaded a letter that I plan to include with the brochure (maybe there it'll help with the brochure idea).
