Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new property management company based in Kansas City. We specialize in managing single family rental property for landlords who don't want to deal with the headaches of the business. We basically do all the hard work so the landlords just sit back, relax and collect their rent checks. This is a US Navy veteran owned business so I would like to, in a subtle way, incorporate the rank of a Navy Commander into the logo by somehow using a view of a navy blue sleeve with gold star and 3 gold stripes of a blue uniform. See attached picture of the sleeve. Somehow creatively incorporate the navy blue with the gold star and gold stripes into the design. Please notice one of the 5 points of the star must point at the 3 gold stripes.
