Brief de Design de Flyer

We need to take the attached content and translate it into a professional-looking one-page flyer for our Rouse Sales service. The flyer styling should use background imagery that emphasizes that we're a data analytics company, while highlighting the bullet points in the copy document and spotlighting the couple of screen shots also in the copy document. I'd also like to bring in a stock photo of a piece (or two or three) of heavy machinery -- feel free to take an excavator and/or an articulating boom lift from the internet. Colors should emphasize gold and use navy as the contrasting color.
