Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our organization, the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association, known as Houston BOMA. We are the leading local membership group for commercial real estate professionals. We connect individuals who work in Houston's high-rise buildings with networking events, and advocate for industry interests to government officials.

We would like to keep our strong brand identity so we are recognizable as Houston BOMA, but update our logo to be striking while still clean and simple, with 2-3 colors, so it is easily used in a variety of landscapes (on our magazine cover, website, etc.) One thing we are looking for in a new logo is a versatile shape. Our current logo is very vertical, so it’s not easy to use in square or horizontal spaces.

The logo should be representative of the Houston commercial real estate industry. Examples of imagery include high-rise buildings, skylines, or skyscrapers; NOT houses or homes. Our goal is to create a logo that represents our brand as influential to the commercial real estate industry, and communicate our organization’s strength, professionalism and connectivity.

Our current colors are green and gray, but we are open to other colors. We’d like to see many options, including some options for red logos. Blue is very common in our industry, but the right design could utilize this color and stand out.
