Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my organisation that provides free personal development sessions to university students . The organisation is called "Extraordinary Life" and I give sessions on various themes including Pursuing Your Passions, Public Speaking and Innovation.

The values of Extraordinary Life sessions are Exploration, Openness, Excitement and Community. And the mission is to enable all young people to live extraordinary lives.

The logo should be modern and colours should fit well with my website main page (see uploaded file). My name is Tom Marshall, so it would be nice to incorporate that in the logo in some way. However, it is most important to have Extraordinary Life on the logo, or possibly "Extraordinary Life Sessions" instead with "sessions" written below the main title. I'm very excited to see the ideas that you will come up with.
