Brief de Design de Logo

I need a design a cool logo for a new vegan burger shop in London.

can be lettermark or wordmark or typography.
It could be just the words "vegan burger"
or Vburger
or could be a logo too with these words,
but most important clients passing by needs to understand its a vegan burger shop.

logo will be used on the shop signage and t shirts.

capture the vegan burger world, but doesn't have to show green leaves like most of vegan logos these days

I like a logo I've seen recently: a Gorilla vegan burger with a gorilla in the middle
What I'm trying to say is, the logo could have a happy animal - happy because they are not the meal. :)
(happy cow, happy gorilla, happy hippo, etc....)
