Brief de Design de Brochure
We are a company that help with the marketing properties for sale. It is a combined service where we Styling/Staging Properties & we also provided wide variety of Floor Plans for Real Estate Agents.
The focus is on our services of Floor Plans. I have attached a file and this will give you an idea of the services that we are trying to sell and also attached is a PDF of how I would like the brochure to be laid out / but again up to you on best design layout?? I am not looking for a repeat of this design (hence the reason for a new design). We would like something professional that will appeal to the high end estate agents and sell the service of floor plans.
Ideally we would like it to continue on with our theme of our website www.interiordivine.com.au
Will require format in indesign and we can convert to PDF.

- *On reflection would be nice to have Tri-fold layout. Just make it look good keep in mind that I would like the option to print as well as email to agents.
*Nice to have new header & footer or design layout.
*would be nice to sell each plan/service on an individual page and blurb and cost shown in a small proportion of white space. Maybe both site and floor plan on each page?
*would be nice to include script shown in attached PDF (the pricing & services that we offer, but can always cull wording depending on your design)
