Brief de Design de Catalogue

Hi, we are making a new catalogue that should contain 5 different covers.

We would like you to create a new front cover page (the very first page) and 4 section covers of our new catalogue as below:

1. General Catalogue (the very first cover page, 1 full page)
2. Trailer & Body Builder Catalogue (section cover, 1 full page)
3. American Air Brake Valves (section cover, 1 full page)
4. European Air Brake Valves (section cover, 1 full page)
5. Japanese Air Brake Valves (section cover, 1 full page)

We want unique design with the year number, 2018 in it.

We already have a logo as attached (filename: ABS Trailquip) - please utilise this best - please don't change font (Bauhaus 93 Regular) and font colour.

There is a colour scheme we have always kept for our previous years' catalogues so please use the same colour scheme. Our catalogue that well demonstrates our colour scheme is attached (filename: Catalogue_Air_Springs.docx)

Our managers don't want to have any other suppliers (those brand icons on the 4 catalogues attached) on our front cover anymore. Focus on our company only, AIR BRAKE SERVICES TRAILQUIP.

I tried designing a couple by myself.
(filename 1: new_design_test.pdf), (filename 2: new_design_test_2.pdf).

For new_design_test.pdf, they didn't like the colour scheme and the picture but they liked how it only focuses on displaying our company information in a neat way. They don't want too many information/pictures being put on in a messy style.

Also, please have a look at our products on our website (www.abstrailquip.com) to get better understanding on who we are, what we do and how we would like to design and advertise our products.

Please also refer to filename cat_1.jpg and cat_2.jpg - these catalogue covers are somewhat close to expectations of our managers.

cat_1.jpg - managers liked how product images are neatly displayed on the bottom of the cover. Having our logo centre aligned on top red row next to where there is a 'VOB FAQP' logo. and having a center aligned year number, 2018 below the trucks picture would be great.

cat_2.jpg - they liked how the design of the cover is clean. The first 'column' with red background was complimented.
