We are merging two companies and want a new logo and new colors, as we are starting with a new name. We are thinking we want a new third color, in addition to the grey and white....but will leave that to the designer. The image of the company is sophisticated and financial in nature. But we don't want stodgy and stayed. We prefer modern sophistication. When people buy shopping centers they want a good investment with long term cash flow but because it is retail, it should be a bit edgy and modern. So it is a blend between modern and safe. Sophisticated but not dull. We need a bit of personality.
