I just updated the brief with the following:

In regards to the prototypes, this is just a general idea of how I'd like the layout. For the most part, all of the elements on each screen should be there but I don't necessarily care that they are in the same position(s) as in the prototype. In fact, I would prefer that you don't just follow this as a guide and think outside the box a bit.

I think it is fine for the initial entry to only contain an example of the overall style of the app (just main lobby AND game table screens) rather than all designers having to submit a design containing all screens for the full app. The remaining screens can then be finished using the same style in the design handover phase of this project. This will give me an idea of the design you have in mind wihout extra work to all the non-winning bidders.
