Hello, this is our second try finding a modern and attractive logo for our new real estate company.
We offer mainly countryside placed private estates to private buyers in the mid and upper pricing range.
The company name is
WITTHUES & CIE (like Company)
Schöne Immobilien
Which could be translated to
Small white house
Beautiful real estates

- The font must be modern and very clear. We prefer a combination with a very small symbol of a house in order to understand from the logo, what our passion is.
Colours of the CI are white, orange and black (60-70%).
The logo must be qualitywise beeing able to be used for all kind of purposes we have, so web, namecards, printings like flyers, big selling-signs in the gardens of the vacancies, as well as big banners of 3m on the walls of the houses. I think you might call it vector-grafics, but I'm not fit in it. Delivery must be in white, black and orange.
Colour should be RAL2011 Deep Orange, dark warm grey and white.

- Please show logo on these threee backround colours white, black (60-70%) and orange in order to see the appearance.
The logo should be very clear, but elegant and modern and, of course, easy to remember.
Pls note from the enclosed pictures that it might be a smart opportunity to change the UE into an U with a line in the middle, which makes it a bit more special.
Furthermore I expect it to be more buautifull if the IE. from CIE. will be a bit smaller and higher than the rest.
It's not a must have but make the little difference at the end.
