Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a "prohibition era" Italian Steakhouse to be called Legends. The restaurant is going to have a classic steakhouse feel and be very reminisant of a 1920's era speakeasy. Lots of Wood trim and a gold painted tin ceiling will be prominant in the design of the new location. I would like to the see the logo be symbolic of an elegant establishment but have some modern elements to it. Touch on art deco but don't overuse it. Make it prestigeous but not intimidating! Looking to make the "L" in Legends a staple in the uniform and on the chef coats and in our varous publications so be sure to make the L very prominant. Utilize classic fonts types as well. I see the logo being put on the windows in gold leafing so incorporate the color gold into the logo. The logo examples below are using the font Highbinder that I purchased online.
