Imagine a rectangle. dimensions are 65 feet by 48 feet. one centered entrace in each 48 foot wall. the rest is up to your design. open canvas. if i design the layout it defeats the purpose of why i paid to play here... bar area, kitchen area, 2 ADA compliant restrooms, one walk-in cooler for beer kegs, and tables to eat at.

can you tell us height ? and ceiling had HVAC exposed allrdy or we can design it by our self ?

ceiling height approximatly 10 feet, all new HVAC to be installed. so yes please do use an exposed style metal duct, round shaped kiind. i too was imagining that. good idea! i had planned on a black painted inner roof rafter like most commercial bars, with a shiny? colored round metal duct system, its sooooo industrial and classy looking in my opinion...
