Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an eyecare company that will be hosting a conference in San Diego this year. The logo will be used on banners, meter boards, programs, name tags, all collateral pieces that pertain to this conference. The theme is "Stronger Together!". I would like the logo to represent an icon or some symbol of "strength". This is a large group of doctors that ultimately pull together there wisdom, knowledge, and experiences to better their own practices, but most importantly strengthen the overall company as a whole. In the past we have used blue and green as the color scheme. We are very open to a rainbow of colors this year so the color palate is open. We are looking forward to change and the colors should represent "stonger together".
