Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a personnel staffing company based in Texas called FieldBridge Energy. Our focus is on staffing field workers (truck drivers, equip. operators, etc.) for energy industry companies across the U.S. But we might expand our business into other industries in the future so please no images of oil rigs, refineries, etc.

For the final logo design, there are no limitations from a creative interpretation standpoint. Feel free to come back with a design that conveys bridging employees and hiring companies together to something completely different with the use of a unique icon for example. 'Less is more' - the simpler and cleaner the better. It's important that the logo is clearly legible when accessed on mobile devices or social media sites.
