Brief de Design de Logo

We would like a log designed for our new SharePoint site. We are calling it MPACT which stands for: "MSS Performance, Analytics, and Communication Tool". We would like the logo in a circular design with "MPACT" going upwards towards the top right centered, then with the meaning of MPACT around it in that circular design, along with the established date- 2017. We would like to use Century Gothic font but are open to a better option. We also need to use our Masco blue pantone which is PMS 2945 or RGB equivalent R: 0, G: 83, B: 159
