since you're new to dcrowd please be fair and talk through feedback. what happens is that 3rd world country designers have what you call sweet tongue ( honey and milk :))))))) ). they will ask you to give them your e-mail. In all fairness, where does that leave other designers? they have a submit section, let them use that. It's not a place for making friends. it's a place for business.


to all designers using this technique, please stop! nobody gives a uknowwhat about your e-mail. Do fair business here. this is not freelance bidding.

your work will depend solely on your submissions and folio on design crowd.
tens of thousands of people have e-mails.
why would you need the contest holder's e-mail?
you haven't even submitted any designs.

if you like any of the designs and feel that you are going to get something then guarantee the project. you should have a button there somewhere.
if you don't then why should you guarantee because a girl asked you to.

Firstly, thank you . I am educated not to judge others as a way of thinking of myself. You have the right to speak but not sure all of what you say is true. Everyone can ask as you want , so fair or unfair here? What the project owner to tell you also tell everyone? Our goal is to help project owners find design that they look for or get frustration and walked away and never come to DC again? What do you think about owner when the logo he chosen because like "sweet tongue", but it is not a good design? Everyone is proud of his people, so I do not talk the "3 rd world ..". if he would have come to you and ask, then yes you're right. you were not the first one so i had to say something. on the let's help the man out I don't agree. you would not participate if not for the money. you can easily help someone else that needs help. the contest holder needs a logo. that's that. If it were not for the money then I could agree with you that you want to help.

when the contest holder likes your design he'll ask you for changes.
he obviously opened the non-guaranteed project for a reason.
you can talk with the contest holder through your design and it's description segment.
I'm not trying to start something here but you should respect other people's work too.
If you had asked for details that everyone should see, then I could have believed WE were helping him out. YOU were trying to be exclusive with him.

project board is for questions regarding the logo (colors and such) or asking for feedback when he is not doing so.
next time just ask him to give US the details, not YOU. or just submit a design and ask for guidance.

Sorry about the 3rd world thing. that was justified anger. You are a good designer and probably a good person. you made a mistake. Do not do it again!

That's Ok. I am friendly and always think carefully before talk or do something. Always open our heart to understand more others. We are all know we have responsibility with our words. I just forget put "ME" instead " US". I believe my ability to work , not " sweet tongue " because I do not like it. Sure everything the owner tell me, also tell everybody. About this project, I know he still does not guaranteed project because he still does not see anything he likes. I had one time submitted my design and the owner send me great feedback, then go away. But aways do our best, life is not just for money. and " benefit with honor " is my ruler.
