I don't really understand what you are looking for? do you want a 3d cad design for a flip flop or do you want someone to use something like photoshop to make a pretty design concept? the flip flop used as an example is just a normal flipflop with a photo design printed on, which unless we have taken the photos, we cant supply you with something like that as it would involve the use of stock images.

I'm also interested in the job, if i understood it right you want a concept drawing like the lion one (very detailed) to be reproduced by hand (?) with oil paint?
What i imagine is viable with 2 or 3 colors is something like a vector illustration, like a kid cartoon.
That being said i would like to know if the design will be targeted at kids, teens, adults, etc...
And you also want a nice 3D rendering of the flip-flops for use in advertising, print, etc... correct?

I can do these but would need more info in the illustration, if it's a 2, 3 color vector illustration which i can do, or a highly detailed concept art which you would be better off asking a traditional artist or buying a stock photo as said.
