Brief de Design de Logo

This is an event logo for our inaugural Corks and Kegs Queso Fest - put on by our non-profit, the Uvalde Area Chamber of Commerce (Texas). Envision South Texas style - tortilla chips, queso competition (that is melted cheese sauce for you non-texans), wine, beer, vendors, and music. I am seeing a tortilla-chip cartoon man, with a sombrero and boots, who has part of his tortilla-chip body as dripping queso (good queso has peppers, etc.. in it), with him holding a wine glass, leaning up next to a keg, with a pile of corks and big wine glass with giant cork next to the keg. We need the event name as a part of this cartoon graphic. Not too cartoony - needs to appeal for years to come to a variety of demographics.
