Brief de Design de Logo

We are a real estate company based in Durban, South Africa, with a long and proud heritage. Our slogan is "Your Complete Property Solution".

We are about to embark on a new marketing campaign and would like an updated identity that presents a modern image, without losing the history. Customers should be able to easily recognise that the updated logo represents the same company.

- The team have an affinity for the "wave" that sits below the logo (See attachments). However, the execution is open for change
- Fonts do not need to be the same as what is currently used
