Brief de Design de Logo
We require a Logo design for a new Commercial Real Estate company in New Zealand. The company is "The Agency Group", and our ideas on logo is that the word AGENCY takes precedence over 'the' and 'group'. The design could feature an element such as the outline of a building, or other icon/character, but it is not imperative .... as our main aim is a pretty general design - that looks good in both postitive and negative examples. We have felt key colours should be a black and white base colours (or monochromatic / charcoals etc), accentuated with pink/purple or hot pink accents (only one accent colour though). The design should be scaleable, to look good on large outdoor signs, and should more 'squarish' in shape, as opposed to a long rectangular design, but we are open to other ideas too.

- We deal with high wealth individuals, large corporates, retailers and government departments - as examples of our client diversity.

- A shape or quirky design would be nice to have, with an ability to replicate it in other marketing material. This is not essential though, and could be worked on once a final logo design is established.
