Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new company. Company name is "hawkeye realty team" This is a commercial real estate team that is looking for a logo that is serious, modern and professional with a touch of bold. Logo will go on cards and shirts, but also on 4 foot signs that go into the ground which is why we need a touch of bold. We have less than 7 seconds to be recognized as a car passes. We only sell commercial properties so nothing with a residential roof line, and no high rise building images as we don't have high rise buildings here. You can play off of the words hawkeye or not but the thought process behind the name was we have the best eye in the business for solving your real estate needs and by us forming this team, you get (Like a hawk spends all day carefully scouting for his prey) a powerhouse team that knows how to scout out buyers and properties that match your needs. Our color scheme is a bit odd but we are looking for something to stand out amongst all the other real estate signage. We are using a bright orange, grey or black, and a lime green. Those colors can be small accents in the logo or you can go bold. If you just can't make that work, bring us something you can.
