Brief de Design de Logo

Our new company is called 'The Milestone Academy'. To tell you a bit about it: It is brand new and will be offering 6 month courses online. Each month's module is of a different topic: Finance, Systems, Sales, Marketing, Time and Planning. Every step is designed to give small business owners very practical and real ways on how to get more profit and efficiency from their business, stabilising it for growth. Once this course has been launched and is gaining momentum, we will create more courses.

We would like a logo that displays strength, solid, firm foundations, steps, moving forward, next steps...
I have 2 different taglines in mind at this stage:
1. What's your next step?
2. Small Business Coaching Online

Not decided yet on which one (if either) to use. If it works in with your design, feel free to use one so i can see how it could look.
