Brief de Design de Logo

Looking to freshen up our logo, all I have for previous incarnations is what's below. Looking for a modern take on Victorian design. Possibly some sort of crest as it will be used for embroidered uniforms, letterhead, business cards, etc, initials BHG can be used . Must look professional but also easy to reproduce on gift shop items, uniforms, business cards, etc. Colors can be black, red/maroon, brass(gold) and also need a BW version. Thanks for looking!
