Brief de Design de Logo

We're a co-operative of landlords who want to share advertising and branding to attract new tenants. Our properties are high quality shared homes for young professionals - typically rooms have a private en suite bathroom and the housemates share a communal kitchen and living area.

We're based around West London and have chosen "Greater London Living" as a banner to advertise under. We could add a strap line of "Hassle Free Sharing". The districts where we have properties aren't known as a particular area which is why we've chosen Greater London Living, it covers Metropolitan London and also describes what we offer.

We also own greaterlondonliving.com for which we will develop a website to showcase our properties in a similar way to the sites below (we know the owners of these sites as friends).

In the short term the logo will be used for social media, on lettings websites and (ideally) to watermark photos.

The uploaded screen shots show where the logo is likely to appear on a lettings website. When we advertise an advert will appear in a list (similar to Acre 1 or Capital Living 1). Potential customers can click on a separate tab "About...." and get further information about us (similar to Acre 2 or Capital Living 2).
